I was reading some tumblr I randomly hopped to, and this girl immediately touched my heart. Because I can feel how she was feeling at that point of time.
It's really scary how one boy can just change a girl's life. It took her about one year to let go and move on. And during that one year, she realized that her world actually revolved around him. And without him, her life seemed quiet.
I always wondered why, just one guy can change a girl's life. And it's just something unexplainable and something that happen over due time that she doesn't even know it.
This tumblr girl went through a lot before having to move on. Because she said that she realized no matter how much she did or tried, never seemed to get him back in life.
She cried till there wasn't any tears left and she literally felt her heart ache from thinking about him. I feel her so so so badly, it's really so sad to see a girl suffering badly just over one guy.
But as the saying goes "time will heal all wounds", she let go despite having regrets in the beginning. But after all, I'm sure she's having a much better life right now. At least, a happier life.
“I’ve learned that things change, people change, and it doesn’t mean you forget the past or try to cover it up; it simply means that you move on and treasure the memories. Letting go doesn’t mean giving up, it means accepting that some things weren’t meant to be.”
Those who can't let go, I really hope that one day, you guys can let go too. Some things really aren't meant to be. I'm sure you guys deserve better too.
